Yoga is a practice that guides you through exploring how your system works: both body and mind. Through yoga techniques (asanas, pranayama, …) you will be guided to explore how your body is in the very present moment and how your mind is at that very moment too.

Hatha Yoga englobes a wide variety of techniques to help you know yourself better. Hatha Yoga helps you realize that you are not your body, you are not your mind but  rather you have a body and you have a mind. So how do you work with that system to optimize it?

At the beginning of each retreat, the group’s intentions will be shared (privately if necessary) and practices adapted to everybody’s own needs at that very moment.
